Making lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking, reducing alcohol consumption, eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and managing stress can improve the health of your heart.The most common side effect of Nicostar 10 Tablet is a headache, which may occur during the first few days of treatment but usually improves within a week. Drinking plenty of fluids and avoiding alcohol may help alleviate this side effect. Other common side effects include dizziness or weakness, nausea, and flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk). Inform your doctor if these side effects bother you or persist.
