Purpose:
Sensodent KF Toothpaste is used in conjunction with a toothbrush to clean and maintain the aesthetics and health of teeth.

Key Ingredients:
Potassium Nitrate Topical 5% w/w: This active ingredient acts as a desensitizing agent. It helps to reduce tooth sensitivity by blocking the tubules (tiny channels) in the dentin that lead to nerve endings inside the tooth. This helps prevent external stimuli (such as hot, cold, sweet, or acidic substances) from causing discomfort.
Sodium Monofluoro Phosphate Topical 0.7% w/w: This is a form of fluoride that helps in the prevention of tooth decay (cavities). Fluoride strengthens tooth enamel and can help repair early stages of tooth decay before cavities form. It also enhances the remineralization process, which helps to restore minerals to areas of the tooth enamel that have been demineralized by acids from bacteria.
